It swells from the head to mid-shaft, almost like a balloon, and then slims down a bit near the base. Like a butt plug, the Pigskin stays lodged snugly in the hole. I find this type of toy very fulfilling.
When played with "in-and-out" style, the Pigskin is a more intense ride than your standard dildo. Typical dildos force you open when inserted and let you close up again once withdrawn. The Pigskin forces you open when its ballooned bulk rams through your hole, and then allows your sphincter to close up a bit when buried to the hilt. When pulling it out again, the vast bulk inside you actually begins to tug your sphincter outward until managing to pry you open once more, this time from the inside. When it finally goes, the insane build-up of pulling force can make it shoot out like "Hail Mary" touchdown pass.
